Who we are

Fair Quote Essex (fairquoteessex.co.uk) is run by Jay Luggar, Rayleigh, Essex, who is the data controller for this site. Contact: hello@fairquoteessex.co.uk.

What we collect

• Emails you send us: your name, email address and whatever you choose to include. We use these to reply to you (lawful basis: legitimate interests). We keep them for up to 24 months unless we need them longer for an ongoing matter.
• Website hosting logs: our hosting provider may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site.

This site currently has no contact forms, no analytics and no advertising cookies. If that changes, we'll update this notice first.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Our email and hosting providers process data on our behalf. [List providers once chosen, e.g. hosting: Netlify; email: Namecheap forwarding, Gmail, Brevo.]

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
